You consciously hear suggestions designed to
release all negative energy. Embedded in the background are
subliminal suggestions of the exact same nature at a frequency not
audible to humans, yet your subconscious can hear it loud and
clear. After the clearing, the hypnosis starts:

Allow
yourself to drift into a relaxed state of hypnosis while your mind
absorbs the suggestions you consciously hear, while your
subconscious hears the same suggestions embedded in the background
music.
Because of the effective nature of combining clearing and hypnotic
suggestions with identical subliminal overlay, no post hypnotic
suggestions are necessary and none a given.
